For the program versions MC-Score/Light/Free 5 and 6 and also MC-Scan 1 and 2, the user key is calculated from the CD key and the contents of the name and first name field. If a different name or first name is entered in these two fields, as in the first registration, a different user key results. Often the first name is incorrectly entered in the Name field or the name in the First Name field.
Therefore, first compare these two fields with the original registration! If all is useless, the program can be registered again.
